How YOU Will Contribute
- Administer or serve as backup for weekly hourly payroll within company timelines.
- Administer or back up all time and attendance record processes.
- Administer or serve as backup for the full life cycle of the hourly application and hiring process.
- Maintain and post all hourly position openings.
- Coordinate with external agencies for temporary employment needs.
- Maintain confidential employee files and records in compliance with retention requirements and federal/state regulations.
- Enter full life cycle data for hourly employees into HRIS systems.
- Post and maintain company bulletin boards and internal communication channels.
- Answer general HR questions related to company policies and legal guidelines.
- Assist with facility-sponsored events, community involvement, and social responsibility initiatives.
- Support semi‑annual hourly engagement surveys and partner with the HR Manager to collect and analyze engagement data.
About YOU
- 2+ years of payroll administration experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
- Experience with HRIS (Dayforce) systems preferred.
