Brand Management

• Develop and implement the marketing objectives, strategies, long range and annual plans for assigned categories
• Manage budget, pricing, and trade spend strategy for assigned brand responsibilities
• Monitor performance measurements, recommend and implement corrective actions to ensure sales volume, share, and profit objectives are accomplished
• S&OP, MBR, QBR, + P&L inputs and assumptions
• Accountable for S&OP planning inputs, assumptions, and identifying risks and opportunities associated with the plan
• Responsible for communicating monthly, quarterly, and annual business results and key insights/actions associated with those results

Brand Strategy

• Develop consumer positioning for assigned brands that create added value versus competition and effectively communicate brand story and benefits to consumers
• Develop brand strategies that create consumer, customer, shopper engagement and net household penetration increase
• Lead innovation strategy and develop a 5-year innovation plan
• Manage the development and introduction of new products in partnership with R &D and key stakeholders
• Creatively identify opportunity areas for growth using consumption data, market research and competitive intelligence

Brand Ownership

• Develop and lead the long-term success of assigned brands to achieve specific business goals and directly connect to consumer needs and competitive environments
• Aact as a brand leader with all other functions to ensure business initiatives receive necessary focus
• Support Director, Brand Management on the development of the 5-year strategic plan
• Work directly with the Integrated Marketing Communications Team to ensure brand communication to consumers and shoppers is delivered on strategy and maximizes ROI
• Partner with sales and category leadership to ensure corporate objectives are met and strategies and programs are effectively implemented at the account level

Brand Team Development

Lead the assigned brand strategy team Identify and grow brand strategy marketing competencies to deliver upon LOF goals and OGSMs
