How YOU will contribute

  • Collaborate with R&D, innovation, and brand teams to develop and enhance culinary concepts that drive successful new product launches.
  • Perform benchtop testing to establish gold standard recipes that deliver optimal flavor and product attributes for new concepts, line extensions, and seasonal items.
  • Develop prototypes from culinary concepts that reflect brand strategy, consumer insights, and operational and cost requirements.
  • Stay current on culinary trends, ingredients, and techniques to inform new product development and inspire innovation.
  • Partner with the Marketing Activation team to create visually appealing recipes for brand campaigns, ensuring they are suited for video, photography and social media content.
  • Serve as the onsite chef at corporate headquarters, responsible for developing menus and preparing daily breakfast and lunch service for employees, as well as catering on-site meetings.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen, including management inventory, ingredients, and equipment to support smooth daily operations.
  • Partner with procurement and supply chain teams to source high-quality, cost-efficient ingredients for the test kitchen and headquarters dining operations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, product tastings, and innovation sessions as needed.

About YOU

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience in a high-quality kitchen environment required.
  • 5+ years of culinary experience; prior work in product development, food manufacturing, or a test kitchen preferred.
  • Proven ability to create recipes that balance flavor, cost, and scalability for commercial production.
  • Experience working with marketing teams to create recipes that can be showcased in visual content for social media.
  • Strong organizational skills, including planning and executing daily corporate menus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven ability to collaborate across R&D, innovation, brand, and marketing teams.
  • Knowledge of current culinary trends, food safety regulations, and kitchen operations.
  • Passion for innovation and creating high-quality food products.
