At Land O’Frost, interns do more than observe. Each intern leads a value-added project designed to address a real business need. Depending on the assignment, your work may include project planning, research, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and content creation.
At the end of the program, you will present your project findings and recommendations to our Leadership Team—giving you valuable experience communicating your ideas and influencing business decisions.
Management Trainee
The Land O’Frost Management Trainee Program is designed for individuals ready to build a strong foundation in operations while developing the technical and leadership skills needed to become the next generation of leaders.
This structured, hands-on program develops and prepares trainees to take on critical challenges in production, food safety, and quality—areas that are essential to our continued success. You won’t just learn how our operations work; you’ll gain real-world experience, make meaningful contributions, and grow into a leader who helps shape the future of Land O’Frost. Through mentorship, rotational experiences, and targeted development, trainees are equipped to step confidently into future technical and operations management roles.
EHSS Manager
The Manager Environmental, Health, Safety, & Sustainability Manager is responsible to implement and monitor comprehensive environmental, health safety, and sustainability programs. Develop and maintain activities to prevent or correct unsafe working conditions utilizing knowledge of industrial health and safety laws.
