Ingredients

  • 1/3 lb. each of Land O'Frost Premium Hickory Smoked Cotto Salami and Land O'Frost Breakfast Cuts - Natural Hickory Smoked Canadian Bacon
  • 1/3 lb. sliced provolone or Swiss cheese
  • 1 jar (16 oz.) mixed hot pickled vegetables, drained (reserve juice)
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1/4 cup minced parsley
  • 4 large split rolls

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine pickling juice, oil and parsley
  2. Make a small hollow in each roll by taking out some of the bread
  3. Brush cut sides of rolls with oil mixture
  4. Layer bottoms with slices of salami, Canadian bacon and cheese
  5. Top with pickled vegetables and roll tops
  6. Eat at once, or wrap airtight and refrigerate
