Ingredients
- 1/3 lb. each of Land O'Frost Premium Hickory Smoked Cotto Salami and Land O'Frost Breakfast Cuts - Natural Hickory Smoked Canadian Bacon
- 1/3 lb. sliced provolone or Swiss cheese
- 1 jar (16 oz.) mixed hot pickled vegetables, drained (reserve juice)
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1/4 cup minced parsley
- 4 large split rolls
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine pickling juice, oil and parsley
- Make a small hollow in each roll by taking out some of the bread
- Brush cut sides of rolls with oil mixture
- Layer bottoms with slices of salami, Canadian bacon and cheese
- Top with pickled vegetables and roll tops
- Eat at once, or wrap airtight and refrigerate
