How YOU will contribute
- Onboarding of new employees and employees who transfer to different departments.
- Assist in development of training materials.
- Direct, coach, and develop an hourly workforce with problems concerning “how to” perform specific tasks related to their position and “why” we are doing these tasks.
- Improve hourly employee performance and production by conducting training sessions covering specified areas such as on-the-job training, refresher training, new procedural training.
- Ensure hourly workforce is trained how to follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), MOPs (Manufacturing Operating Procedures), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and Safety programs RedZone.
- Train ERP users on the relevant aspects of IFS and Radley bar coding equipment as it pertains to their job.
- Work with Supervisors on identifying needs for training.
- Audit tasks being completed after training at designated frequency.
- Work with Human Resources to define and revise Job Descriptions.
About YOU
- Minimum Associate’s Degree preferred.
- Three (3) years of experience in plant operations or a training role.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required.
- Possess strong communication skills both written and oral.
- Ability to organize and multi-task efficiently.
- Ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
- Proficient Computer skills including Microsoft Office and database experience.
- Ability to work M-F 8am-5pm.
