How YOU Will Contribute
- Participate in an 18–24-month program consisting of up to four (4) to six (6)-month rotations that allow you to build leadership and functional skills through challenging rotational assignments and world-class training.
- Participate in typical Operations Track rotations including required rotational assignments in each of the following: Food Safety, Quality and Production with a fourth rotation to be selected from one of the following: Supply Chain, Engineering, Research & Development, Environmental Health & Safety and Continuous Improvement.
- Ability and willingness to travel and reside in the assigned business unit location (Lansing, IL, Searcy, AR and Madisonville, KY).
- Ability to complete a learning project and at the end of the rotation period, give a presentation at the end of each rotation.
About YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Food Science, or Quality preferred, or related fields required.
- Consideration will also be given to candidates with degrees in Supply Chain, Engineering, Research & Development, Environmental Health and Safety and Continuous Improvement or related field. Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in Operations track fields preferred.
- MUST be willing to complete an 18–24-month program.
- MUST be open to relocation to any site while in program. The locations included are Lansing, IL, Searcy, AR and Madisonville, KY.
