• Owns direction and action plan to LOF Sales and Broker Partners on the following retail in- store functions:
o Maximize distribution growth at the customer level
o Drive speed to the shelf on new items
o Optimize shelf position for LOF brands/POG compliance
o Identify and solve out of stock issues
o Maximize display opportunities
• Expert on LOF retail status and opportunities for the customer base.
• Leverage capabilities of Broker retail staff and lead retail meetings
• Utilizes Broker network to cover store level reset needs
• Leads store level visibility to competitive: pricing, item voids, new product placement, POS usage, and store-level spiffs/contests
• Assists with any quality-related withdrawals/recalls
• Participates in customer reviews as needed to gain intimate knowledge of retailer store-level
strategies, “do’s & don’ts” and opportunities
• Works with store-level District Managers on LOF goals and objectives
• Attends Independent Customer Food Shows to drive retail excellence
• Collaborates with CBM in maximizing profitable net revenue growth from a retail execution perspective.
• Expertise with utilizing Nielsen syndicated data and distribution scorecard to understand store-level distribution opportunities
o Summarize monthly TDP scorecard at the customer level for LOF sales and brokers
o Utilize monthly TDP scorecard to provide an action plan
o Work with CBM’s to set TDP goals at the customer level
• Summarize monthly broker reports at the customer level and use them to ensure LOF is maximizing broker retail capabilities
• Pull warehouse spin reports and analyze findings to close voids and product placement opportunities in collaboration with CBM II
• Keeps all new item and void trackers updated with current authorizations
• Validate promotional execution off Nielsen and pricing reports – the expert on merchandising measures
• Provides best in class tools to the retail team to sell LOF initiatives and concepts
• Fulfills order requests on store-level needs trays/samples/VIP/POS
• Completes weekly expense reporting
