Dispatcher

• Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules by providing timely updates to drivers.
• Maintain detailed records of trailer activity related to loading operations.
• Monitor drivers’ electronic logs (eLogs) to ensure compliance with DOT hours-of-service regulations and equipment availability.
• Collaborate with the LOF team to ensure timely and compliant product deliveries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve urgent operational and delivery issues.
• Match and verify paperwork/invoices for all truck movements and input data into dispatch spreadsheets.
• Track and maintain weekly records of driver activity.
• Provide 24/7 support to drivers for loading, unloading, repairs, and fund distribution.
• Coordinate with external carriers for loads not handled by LOF trucks.
• Issue quarterly bids to outside carriers to maintain cost-efficiency per pound.
• Secure optimal backhauls based on time, deadhead distance, and revenue potential.
• Create and manage spreadsheets for planning and financial tracking of backhaul shipments.
• Understand vehicle capacity to ensure backhaul delivery schedules are met.
• Monitor inbound trailers to Arkansas for reloading, repairs, and shipping readiness.
• Ensure timely delivery of stored raw materials to production plants.
• Collaborate with procurement to maintain adequate raw material supply for production.

About YOU

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation logistics.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet management and data entry.
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to operational needs.
• Availability for on-call support as needed.
• High school or equivalent (Required).
