Ingredients
  • 4 Ambassador, Wimmers or Fairbury Hot Dogs
  • 4 buns, toasted
  • 6-8 strips bacon
  • 1 cup chili (thick, no-beans) 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed corn chips
  • 1/4 diced onion
  • yellow mustard (optional)
  • Add corn chips last to keep them crunchy. Cheese melts best right after adding chili. Add jalapenos or hot sauce for extra heat
Instructions
  1. Cook bacon until crispy, then chop.
  2. Cook hot dogs (grill or pan-fry) Warm chili (keep it thick).
  3. Toast buns lightly.
  4. Assemble: Bun, Hot Dog, Mustard, Chili, cheese, Bacon, Corn Chips, Onion.
