1 cinnamon-raisin English muffin
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Toast the English muffin, and scramble the egg in a small skillet. (You can also spray a ramekin with non-stick cooking spray, pour in the egg, cover, then microwave for 30-60 seconds until the egg is cooked through.)
