Ingredients
 	- 10 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1 package of Bistro Applewood Smoked Ham, chopped
- 3 onions, sliced
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ½ cup of sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 cup Gruyere cheese, grated
- 1 cup parsley, sliced
- 1 baguette sliced into ¼ inch pieces
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
 
Instructions
 	- Brown bacon and Bistro Applewood Smoked Ham. Remove from pan.
- Caramelized onions in bacon fat.
- Add cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir.
- Add sugar, garlic, salt, pepper, cheese, and parsley.
- Stir and add crispy bacon Bistro Applewood Smoked Ham back into the pan.
- Bake dip mixture at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
- Slice bread and brush with olive oil.
- Bake bread at 375 for 3-5 minutes.
