Ingredients
  • 4 pork chops
  • 12 slices Wellshire Thick Sliced Bacon
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a foil wrapped pan, place a wire rack.
  3. Place bacon strips on top and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Bacon should be cooked but not crispy.
  5. Set aside to drain on a paper towel.
  6. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.
  7. Slice pork chops into strips.
  8. Wrap one strip of bacon around each pork chop strip.
  9. Place bacon wrapped pork chops on wire rack and put pan in the oven.
  10. Bake for 15 minutes, until pork is cooked (about 145°F on a meat thermometer) and bacon is crisp.
