Ham and Peach Panini

Ingredients
1 tbsp of butter
2 Wellshire Ham slices (your favorite flavor)
1 peach, sliced
2 slices of provolone cheese
2 slices of bread, pita or flatbread sprinkle of cilantro, optional
Instructions
Preheat the panini grill or use a pan set on medium high heat.
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
Place one of the slices butter side down in the panini grill (or pan.) Layer ham, peaches, and cheese on top of the slice of bread.
Sprinkle cilantro on top if desired.
Top with remaining bread slice, butter side up.
Cook for about 3 minutes in panini grill, or until crispy and cheese has melted.
If using a pan, cook and then flip and cook the other side.
