4 slices of Land O’Frost Breakfast Cut Canadian Bacon
2 teaspoons butter or margarine
4 slices of Texas toast
2 slices of American cheese
2 eggs, scrambled omelet-style
Heat Canadian bacon on each side in skillet for 2-3 minutes.
On each bottom slice of bread, place sliced cheese, two slices of Canadian bacon and one half of the omelet scrambled egg.
Top with remaining slices of bread. Place one tablespoon butter or margarine in hot skillet. Place closed sandwich back in pan and toast one side for two minutes. Turn over and repeat on other side for two more minutes. Serve warm.
