Cinnamon Bacon French Toast

3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
8 slices bread
Wellshire Bacon Bits
your favorite maple syrup optional
whipped cream optional
Instructions
Beat eggs and combine with milk in a wide brimmed dish.
Mix together sugar and cinnamon.
Set aside.
Place a pan over medium heat (spray to prevent sticking).
Take a slice of bread and coat in the mixture.
Place in the pan.
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar and bacon bits over the top of the bread.
Once the bottom of the bread starts to brown, flip over.
Cook until both sides are golden brown.
Serve with maple syrup, whipped cream, and more bacon bits if desired!
