If your kids love mozzarella sticks, just wait until they try these cheese poppers with smoked ham. Not only are they a delicious snack for kids, but also a great finger food for parties. Serve them with tomato sauce for dipping (and to get some veggies in there!).
 
Ingredients
 	- 1 Pack Premium Natural Hickory Smoked Ham
- 2 eggs
- 5 cheese sticks
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 quart canola oil
 
Instructions
 	- Lay out individual slices of Premium Smoked Ham
- Crack eggs in a bowl and beat
- Brush slices of ham with egg wash (use the remainder of the egg for outside coating later in the recipe)
- Lay cheese sticks on the edge of the ham (egg wash side up) and wrap the cheese
- Chill for 20 minutes
- Cut each cheese stick into four pieces
- Roll in flour, remainder of egg wash, and breadcrumbs
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on a cookie sheet and place coated cheese sticks on the sheet
- Fry in oil at 350°F for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown
