Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Land O'Frost Breakfast Cuts, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 cups diced celery
  • 1/4 cup minced green pepper
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks, drained

Instructions

  1. Blend vinegar, horseradish and mayonnaise
  2. Toss with remaining ingredients
  3. Serve with fresh garden peas, assorted relishes, muffins and sherbet
