Turkey Cranberry Meat Spread

All the best flavors of the holidays turned into a spread that’s pretty enough to eat on French baguette at parties and delicious enough to pack in your kid’s lunchbox. Family and friends will gobble up this turkey cranberry spread!
 

Ingredients

  • 1 package Premium Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • French bread
  • Oil
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut turkey into small pieces
  2. Add dried cranberries and water to a pot
  3. Bring to a boil then simmer for a minute
  4. Add sugar and take off stove top
  5. Cut French bread into small pieces and brush with oil
  6. Bake bread at 350°F for 5 minutes
  7. While bread is toasting, in a food processor add cream cheese, turkey and cranberry mixture (it does not need to be cooled)
  8. Blend until smooth then add a dash of salt & pepper
  9. Blend again then serve with toasted French bread
