This recipe for delicious pasta salad is something the entire family will enjoy, and packed with protein.

 

Ingredients

  • 7oz of cooked rigatoni
  • 3oz Premium Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 1/2c broccoli florets
  • 2 TB sliced shallots
  • 1/4c pine nuts
  • 3 TB carrots julienned
  • 2 TB bacon bits
  • 4 TB vinaigrette
  • 2 TB Parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Take all ingredients and combine in a bowl.
  2. Add vinaigrette and season.
  3. Toss or stir together all ingredients.
  4. Serve.
